  • Q: Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?

    A: At present, we only deliver to addresses within the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories. International shipping to other regions is not available at this time.

    Q: How do I choose the right size?

    A: Refer to our Size Guide and measure your bust/chest, waist, and hips using a soft tape measure. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tailored silhouette.

    Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

    A: Orders may be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance with this request.

    Q: Do you restock popular items?

    A: Yes, we closely monitor demand for our popular items and regularly restock them when possible.

    Q: How can I track my order?

    A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status. U.S. orders are tracked through USPS, while Canadian orders utilize USPS International—additional tracking for Canadian shipments is available via Canada Post.

    Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?

    A: For U.S. orders, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if your package is lost or significantly delayed. For Canadian orders, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for customs clearance before reaching out, and then contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and tracking number, and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

    Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

    A: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method, and your financial institution may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.

    Q: What's your exchange policy?
