Accepted Payment Methods

Currencies

To ensure pricing transparency and predictability, the currency for your final charge at checkout is always determined by your shipping destination:
  • Orders shipped to U.S. addresses: All products are priced and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Orders shipped to Canadian addresses: All products are priced and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector at the top of our website is for price preview purposes only, allowing you to view costs in your preferred currency. Regardless of the display setting, your payment card will always be charged in the currency corresponding to your shipping country, as outlined above.
If your card is issued in a different country or currency, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set exclusively by your bank or card issuer and are not imposed by us.

Authorizations and Charges

When you complete your order, your bank will place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. This hold is not a final charge—it merely reserves the funds and verifies the validity of your card. The authorization will be released if you cancel the order before it is processed. Once your order is confirmed and prepared for shipping, the temporary hold will be converted to a final charge on your card.
If a payment is declined or flagged for security reasons (e.g., suspicious activity, incorrect billing information), we will contact you via email or phone to resolve the issue. We may request additional verification (such as a copy of your ID or billing statement) to confirm your identity. If we are unable to verify the payment or resolve the decline, we reserve the right to cancel the order to ensure the security of both parties.

Refunds

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, and other selected payment options. Once we initiate the refund (after verifying eligibility, such as receiving and inspecting returned items), you will receive a detailed email confirmation with the refund amount and processing date.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank or card statement. However, processing times may vary by financial institution—some banks may post refunds sooner, while others may require the full 10 days. If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, we recommend checking your bank’s transaction history or contacting your card issuer for updates. If the refund remains missing after this, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
