We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase—if it doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Refunds cannot be processed for requests submitted after this 30-day timeframe.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
  • No signs of wear, use, or laundering
  • All original tags and labels intact and attached
  • Original packaging included
Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale products, items explicitly marked “non-returnable,” and products excluded for hygiene considerations.

3. Exchanges

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color modifications.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for your original purchase to receive a refund.
In instances of defective products or incorrect shipments, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping expenses or provide a prepaid return label (where applicable).
  • Change-of-mind returns (e.g., incorrect size, no longer desired): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective item, wrong shipment).

5. Return Process

For defective items, include clear photographs documenting the issue. Our team will review your request, confirm approval, and provide detailed return instructions.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email update. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 5–10 business days of processing, please first contact your bank or credit card issuer for verification. If the refund remains unaccounted for, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.

8. Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable.
When processing a return for a Canadian order, we refund the product price (and original shipping fees only if required by law and the return is due to our error). Duties, taxes, and customs fees are excluded from refunds.
